When we look at the studies on resilience, emotional intelligence and how to have your best life, these five elements show up repeatedly:

How do we develop and maintain these qualities, so that they are available when we most need them? We will explore all five in depth.

Get a taste of group coaching. Obtain real value from your participation whether or not you join the group. Grab a friend; do this together! Choose either of these two-hour, experiential workshops and learn practical tools you can implement immediately. You can deduct the price if you join the 10-week group. This is a stand-alone workshop, without obligation to continue.
