Think of groups in which you have participated, where you had a common mission or purpose. It might have been a dinner club or a book club. What was that like for you? Did it give you more confidence or courage to step out? Was is more fun than going it alone?
The shared energy, ideas and challenges of a group, not only creates a powerful space for change, it means you don't have to do it alone!
All groups have a maximum of either 8 or10 participants. Everyone gets to be heard and appreciated. We create a caring, judgment-free space. We grow, learn and change together. We embrace our common humanity and cultivate
self-compassion.
