Here are some things we will do:
- Let go of the past. Continuing to belittle yourself is demoralizing. We will focus on the now. We will create and implement a powerful vision of a life you can fully embrace living.
- Find your tribe. Having supportive people who want the best for you increases motivation and will help you be your best. Group coaching can help you jump start this process.
- Tell the truth. I will be transparent with your about my perceptions, offer new perspectives. I will expect you to be honest with yourself!
- Mutual learning. I learn from all my clients. If something is not working, then we throw it out and create something that does. I do not have a "one size fits all" approach. You are unique and we honor what works for you.
- Keep it simple. Overwhelming yourself by trying to improve/change in too many areas at once can be self-defeating.
- Create a vision and a plan. Using ideas from our sessions, our creativity, your needs and priorities, we create an action plan, strategies and commitments for a successful outcome.
- We will continually evaluate where we are, what needs to change, review results, acknowledge successes and determine next steps.
